“Mel Woolgrove always a complete delight to deal with. Translation services high quality. However, have only given an average rating because on the one occasion when your interpreter completely messed up on a telephone translating job, I felt that it would have been reasonable (given that we are very regular customers) to waive the fee charged in it's entirety, which wasn't done. I was embarrassed in front of a client for something that was entirely your fault. Therefore I have rated accordingly.”
