“I was very pleased with the efficiency of the service, particularly as my gift was going to Spain. I'd originally given you the wrong address and you sorted that out with a refund immediately so that I could reorder to the correct address. I could rest easy that the gift would arrive at the correct address. Thank you. I would definitely use your service again.”

“Item still not received (over 3 weeks since ordered) therefore unable to comment on the quality of the items. Disappointed as was a birthday present for my friend and the website was clear that shipping internationally was not a problem. Substantial shipping costs as well (approximately £15) which is fine if you actually get your items, but frustrating when you don’t!”

“I bought the matchbox marshmallow roasting kits as gifts for my walking friends. Ideal as they slip through the letterbox & will make them laugh. “My order arrived very quickly. The items were wrapped in tissue paper, with extra wrapping paper supplied. However, the wrong items had been sent. I contacted Postboxed and had a very swift reply, apologising for the mistake and promising to send the correct items. I was quite prepared to return the unwanted items so I was pleasantly surprised to be told I could keep them. I would definitely use Postboxed again.”

“I have purchased a couple of items from Postboxed as gifts for children, some socks and a picture book, both of which arrived promptly and beautifully packaged to pass on at a later date. You can see the TLC which has gone into the items oreeentation and anyone would be delighted to receive something from Postboxed in the post.”
