“Awful customer service. Ordered a shower screen which was due to be delivered a day after I ordered it. Over a week passed and still no sign of the screen. I reached out to Plumbworld who informed me it had been sent back to them and they asked if I would like it reshipping. I confirmed that I still wanted the shower screen to which you replied it had been lost and you no longer had stock. Would not recommend”
“Bad customer service, order was "lost" but never communicated, once I finally got hold of customer services I was dismissed several times until finally promised that the order would be re-sent for next day delivery.. which never turned up. Neither order has arrived and it took too long for a refund. Unfortunately won't be returning for sure.”
“Absolutely atrocious service, after over 2 months still awaiting a shower tray and screen.I have used Plumbworld on many occasions and have recommended to many clients. Each time the service has got worse.I have phoned on several occasions and all I get are apologies and excuses, but no equipment. Not once has anyone from customer services had the courtesy to call and try to suggest any avenues to resolve this matter. They were quick enough to take our money though. NEVER EVER AGAIN”
“The process was misleading. I placed a multi-product order with this company because of the specific 'in stock 2-day delivery' date, and on that date the order didn't arrive. I checked the email confirmation only to discover the order was on hold as one item was now out of stock, and thus the entire delivery was on hold until I confirmed my intentions. Once I confirmed to go ahead with the rest of the order, it took a further week to arrive. My plumbers were there unable to install. I wish I had gone just gone to Wicks.”
“Not exactly the companies fault but DHL lost my shower screen, another was sent which was promised on a certain date, DHL failed to deliver so after two call out fees from my plumber and two days off work I cancelled the order. Two weeks later DHL rock up with the parcel and look at me gone out when I told them where to go! Wouldn't use this company ever again due to who they use for delivery!!”
“We ordered everything in the bathroom apart from shower. The sink unit and toilet were damaged and they sent new ones out, the sink tap leaked so they sent new out.
The flush wouldn't work in toilet so they sent a new one.
All very good sending new parts out but I have had to pay a plumber each time to refit replaced parts. Won't shop with them again.
Customer services are good but would rather not of had to contact them so many times.”
“No reply to my email . I was lead to believe I was due a discount and your website wouldn’t allow me to redeem the discount for my next purchase?
I would like to buy the Aqualisa varispray riser rail kit and redeem my credit as promised by you but do no see a way forward to achieve this? If I don’t hear back I most probably will go somewhere else. Best regards Mark Taylor”
“Ordered a spare part for a plinth heater having spent a long time verifying that it was the correct part. The part listed on the website matched the make, model and version of my heater. When the part arrived it didn't fit and was obviously never going to fit so was not accurately described on the website.
PlumbWorld wouldn't help me with a return or refund and instead sent me to the supplier. Nearly 3 weeks later and I'm still chasing up a refund and had to argue that I shouldn't have to pay postage to return a part that was not as described. I returned the part unused, still in its original packaging and have only been given a partial refund. The part is still incorrectly listed on the website.
Pretty abysmal service all round and I won't be using them again.”

Basin of poor cast. Numerous attempts to get it to hold water.

“Re my order 103258075 which received and was faulty, noticed when my plumber went to put new waste pipe in. A vital screw was still in plastic bag and should have been in the main body of item. He fitted waste pipe without the screw, as a temporary measure and asked me to get on to you to ask for a replacement. He told me that, although the unit would function OK for a short while only. He said the screw should have been fitted into unit at manufacture. He could fit the screw as it was impossible to get to slot without taking whole thing apart. I am still waiting for replacement even though a ticket had been put through for a replacement. Plumbworld not good enough!!!!!!”
“I ordered this item 14 days before I needed it. The Item was advertised as in stock delivered in 3 days.
No delivery or communication after 7 days.
After sending a message I waited a further 3 days for a reply which said the item was out of stock and would be a further 2 months wait.
This item was still being advertised as in stock 10 days after I received the delay information.
I had to cancel a plumber, plasterer, tiler and electrician until I sourced the items elsewhere at greater expense.
Companies advertising and selling items they do not have should be made to pay compensation as well as a refund for customers inconvenience and wasted time.”
