“Make sure that you check your delivery as soon as it arrives. Unfortunately we couldn’t due to working away and by the time we did it was too late. Now left with 2 sets of en-suite furniture we can’t use and need to buy again - from elsewhere!”
“Paid extra for next day delivery and took the day off work to accept parcel, however it didn’t arrive!!!
Did have a refund on the extra charge not that it was worth a days wage!!!

“Website misleading as it says order within so many hours for a particular delivery date only to find out after payment that it’s estimated. Delivery date given and order was almost a week late. When chasing on numerous occasions was advised that they can’t contact delivery company by phone for updates as they don’t answer! Still haven’t received any response to complaint put in over 2 weeks ago!”

“Good company for small items, but fo not use for anything high value / delicate. They use Palletways a 1* (trustpilot) company for deliveries. Currently waiting to see if my shower tray can be delivered in 1 piece at the 4th time of asking. First 2 we’re not even on a pallet!”
“Purchased a set of taps on the 15th June . paid extra so they would arrive on the 17th as our kitchen fitter needed them before starting . did not arrive . i had to turn the fitter away and pay for a fulls days work . still haven’t arrived and it’s the 6th July ( Almost 3 weeks) . Emailed without reply . Eventually lodged a dispute with Paypal which they haven’t responded to . Safe to say I would advise people to avoid this company. When things go right they maybe ok but if anything goes wrong they vanish !”
