“Bought what I thought was a Mira Vortex shower trap. Received a cheap copy made by Wirquin. Complained and they arranged to send out another. Turned out the new trap was also a Wirquin. In both instances a Mira label had been stuck onto the packaging on top of another label which clearly showed it to be a Wirquin Twisto trap.”
“My order was dropped off and the delivery note thrust at me for signing without being given time to inspect the good which came wrapped in two boxes on a pallet, the driver then got straight back in his van and drove off without any offer of help. I’m 75 with a heart condition and had to manage unpacking and getting these very heavy items into my home on my own.
The driver told me he didn’t have any tools to get the boxes off the pallet and when it told him I had some he said he would get in trouble if he took the pallet back.
In other words he couldn’t wait to get away.
The whole delivery procedure wants looking at.”
“Horror seller. They were very quick to accept our order and money from the Netherlands for a sink bought over eBay. To our surprise many days later we received the original box with a sink in many very sharp pieces. It looked as if the sink was already shipped in this state as the box and the fragile plastic bag with what once was a sink, were not showing traces of incorrect handling. The original tape was still on the box and unopened. When calling PlumbworldUK requesting a solution, they simply said that they don't ship outside the UK... to my surprise I had to complain at eBay... which we did and, PlumbworldUK again rejected our return request this time via eBay as ... they don't ship outside the UK. Only with the good help of PayPal finally after many calls, emails, waiting and waiting we got our money back. PayPal is our hero and firewall against these type of sellers.”
“Our radiators were damaged on arrival twice. They were replaced very quickly but they should have been checked before sending. We had to dispose of them and it was inconvenient.”

I have finally received a 8mm silicone tipped grubscrew which according to their "customer service " doesn't exist this has taken me 7 photographs and over 40 emails back and forth even the CEO james harking can't be bothered to contact customers or respond to emails
They are inept and don't understand the benefit of customers to a business”
“Whilst a fantastic price my Mira shower arrived (promptly) having already been opened up and components loose and missing from the box...not to mention the random plastic bag in the box! Leaving me disappointed.
Despite numerous efforts to contact customer services we still haven’t received a response...

“I purchased a bath panel which looked fantastic but soon started to split at the edges. This is panelled and the edges split as it looks like the covering is very thin. As it was a week out of warranty they will not replace it so I have a £50 bath panel that now looks awful. This is a quality or manufacturing problem so the manufacturer should do something or others will pay £50 and end up with a split bath panel.”
“Bought a £150 kohler sink off you scratched after one day use by rinsing a bowl on contacting yourselves the manufacturer said it was wear and tear and not under warranty. “Trying to organise a return to them is almost impossible. They clearly make it as difficult as possible to avoid a refund. The item I ordered hasn’t even been opened and I can’t seem to organise a return. AVOID unless you are 100% it is what you want and not really an item that could be faulty”
