“I ordered a replacement toilet seat for the size shape I needed. However I’d ordered the wrong one. Plumbits advised their returns process and advised the correct seat required, which I ordered and was delivered within 48 hours. I returned the initial purchase for a complete refund including their initial courier charges literally within days! A fantastic service!”
