“Really good service and very happy with the product - a new loo seat. It definitely pays to buy the quality manufacturer's part rather than some cheap copy. Believe me, we did this on this occasion and ended up buying the good one afterwards anyway. Don't bother with cheap rubbish, usually from China, too easily available from the big online sellers - they don't do the job! (And you really don't need that when you're on there - if you catch my drift.)”
