Looking at the tracking you received the order on the 29th which is within the timeframe for Royal Mail 48 which you opted to use.
I also can't see any evidence that you contacted us.

“All I wanted was 2 new soft closer units, but I had to spend out approx £50 just to get these. The rest is the complete replacement for the 2 hinges, as mine are still perfectly usable I had to pay a lot more than I wanted to in order to fix the main problem.
Perhaps you can just sell the soft closer units separately next time as they seem to go wrong after 5years or so.

Sorry you feel that way, we will pass on your feedback to the manufacturer who currently don't supply the dampers on their own.
