According to their system, the package had been posted through my letterbox a week or so ago...I was yet to receive them hence my call to them. Without hesitation, staff member - I wish I had taken their name - had posted out further seals, no questions asked. I said I would pay for the replacement but was told no, it's ok. Fabulous customer service, an absolute pleasure to deal with.”
