“Amazing delivery 48 hours was 30 hours from ordering to fitting have no complaints whatsoever on that, also my mate who is the plumber was suprised when the whole package arrived and not just an unboxed part.
Very happy with the order and process.
Fitted in minutes (although he might normally charge an hour...) works perfectly 100% recommend”
“Paid for next day delivery so waited in for most of the day. Was told it was on its way, then email at 5pm saying will be delivered the next day, very poor”
Hi,
Sorry for the issue with your order. Unfortunately, from looking at when the order was made, this was at 5:30pm on 26th May, four hours past our cut-off for same day dispatch. It was then dispatched on the 27th and delivered on the 28th May, which is next day delivery.
Thank you.
“I was looking for a particular toilet syphon, I was struggling to find it anywhere, thankfully I came across PlumbBits, I typed in what I needed and a selection of different syphons came up one of which was the one I needed, ordered it and delivered straight away, great service, I would thoroughly recommend using PlumbBits 👍🏻”
“Needed to purchase some 25mm poly pipe ,searched the web and plumbinbits were about the cheapest I found ,ordered it and it was fast delivery and everything went perfectly, would recommend”
“No problems at all, exactly as shown in picture and dimensions. Unlike Amazon who I previously ordered from, they used same picture and dimensions and then sent something completely different.”
“Having come back from holiday to find a rat had lay a nest in the flexible pipe behind the loo. We ordered the rat pipe flap. It came from you and seems to fixed the problem”
