“Paid for next day delivery only to have parcel delivered a week later. Absurd, especially when 5 day delivery was free.”

I am sorry that you are not happy with the service. I can see that it was attempted 4 times, and no one was in before. On the 5th time, it was tried earlier and was delivered. We do not offer free delivery, as this was a toilet seat, it would only provide you with the next working day service.
