“A good Company to deal with and with Prices that are very Competitive with their Competitors.
They also have a very good Customer Service Base as well.
Well done to all at PlumbinBits.👏”
“Order two items from PlumbinBits and both were great prices and arrived very quickly. For one order I made a mistake with the address and they quickly sorted the issue with minimal fuss. Great customer service and support. I will be ordering more items when needed!”
Hi Alan,
I’m sorry your order took over a week to arrive—that isn’t the experience we want. And I totally agree, we ran a trial of EVRI, and the first batch of orders had issues at the EVRI hub, which added a few days to the 2 day service. This issue has now been fixed, so this should not happen again
Kind regards,
Team PlumbinBits
Hi Jonathan,
I’m sorry your order hasn’t arrived yet and that next-day delivery hasn’t been fulfilled. We can check the tracking on your shipment and, if it’s still missing, arrange a replacement or a full refund. Please reply with your order number and we’ll sort this out promptly.
Kind regards,
Team PlumbinBits
