“Sought opinion re. replacing an obsolete flush valve and was given recommendations. Bought the suggested replacement. Delivery took longer than expected but this was probably down to Royal Mail. Supplier was ready to send another by express delivery but didn't need to in the end.
Replacement product looks fine and didn't need any adjustment. Main diagram on printed instruction is not good, not the supplier's fault, so omitted base seal but so far no leaks.”

You can return the push button to us and we will refund you in full.
If you send us a photo of your flush valve we will identify the button you need, they can't easily be identified just by a photo of the button itself.
