“Sought opinion re. replacing an obsolete flush valve and was given recommendations. Bought the suggested replacement. Delivery took longer than expected but this was probably down to Royal Mail. Supplier was ready to send another by express delivery but didn't need to in the end.
Replacement product looks fine and didn't need any adjustment. Main diagram on printed instruction is not good, not the supplier's fault, so omitted base seal but so far no leaks.”

I am not sure you realise but you have left us a negative review which is disappointing to see.
You can return the push button to us and we will refund you in full.
If you send us a photo of your flush valve we will identify the button you need, they can't easily be identified just by a photo of the button itself.

Hello, from our side we dispatched your order within 24 hours, it’s Royal Mail who have let us down here, I don’t think it’s fair to say our service is appalling, I am sure you are aware of the strikes happening at RM. have duplicated your order and a replacement will be sent out tomorrow.
