“The OX level I purchased is advertised as 1200mm, it's not, although the overall length is 1200mm, the usable metal spirit level section is only 1170mm, since I install kitchens and most cabinets are 600mm a 1200mm level is ideal as it fits in the site lock box, unfortunately this level ive purchased isnt fit for purpose, I have used it now so returns are not an option.

PlumbinBits got in touch and said they would except a return on the mentioned level, the original gripe was really with the product and the misleading description.
The original order was promptly delivered and well packaged, I am made up for the chance to replace the product with a more suitable level.
