“Excellent website, the product was shipped promptly and the carriage charge was lower than other suppliers I looked at.
Very good service, I won’t hesitate to use them again.”
“I'm afraid I didn't receive what I ordered - got double flush instead of single. When I tried to call and report the problem there was no pick up. Please come back to me if you would.”
I am so sorry that you were sent the wrong item. I can not see any messages from you about this.
Our phone line can be hard to get through on busy days, So the best way is to use the contact form at the top of the website as this comes straight to me.
Please can you get in touch so that I can sort this issue straight out for you?
Regards
Dave
