We're sorry that your order wasn't with you on the next day. Unfortunately DPD's definition of what is 'remote' can sometimes be blurred but we do have info to say that it can take 2 days for some locations. We have now made this information clear at checkout, we're sorry this was not there before.

For next day delivery, orders need to be placed before 1pm, which is mentioned on our website and when checking out. Sorry you did not receive it the next day.
