“I needed a new flush valve and conical washer as my en-suite toilet had a leak from the concealed cistern. Ordered replacements and they arrived on time to fit before a friend arrived to use the room. Just need to do a bit of ceiling plastering to finish job. Good service.”
“I have emailed and called this company a number of time to return the parts but no response only an answering machine. I would not order again and in future would use eBay or Amazon where customer rights are respected.”
I am sorry, Barry. We do not have any people near the phones this week, as we are short staffed, so apologies for not being able to answer the phone. I have checked both the direct messages and emails and can not see any messages from your name or email. Our returns are straightforward; just return the item to the address on the returns form that can be downloaded from this link, or send a piece of paper with the return information on it so we can tie the return to the right customer for a full refund. https://plumbinbits.co.uk/wp-content/uploads/2025/08/PLUMBINBITS-Letter-A4-0125-PlumbinbitsReturnsForm.pdf

I am sorry, Ajay. May I first say sorry? We have not been able to man the phones last week. I have checked, and I can see that your email was replied to within the hour. Please check your spam folder. For returns, simply send them back with a returns form to receive a full refund.

“I purchased a Geberit Sigma Concealed Cistern Dual Flush because my one wasn't working properly and I discovered that that Geberit had changed the design, the ordering was straightforward and at a great price with a prompt delivery by Royal Mail. The new version turned out to be much better and when fitted solved my problem, thank you.”
“Order some Roca toilet seats - decent pricing and quick delivery. There was as issue with one of them (hinge loose and a twisted screw cap) and the replacement was with me within 48 hours - top notch service, thank you.”
“I recently purchased a thermostat from Plumbingbits, and I couldn’t be happier with the whole experience. The ordering process was simple, the item arrived quickly, and the packaging was secure. The thermostat itself is excellent quality — easy to install, accurate, and works exactly as described.”
“First time customer, wasn't sure what to expect as my plumber sent me a link of what to buy. Swift, seamless transaction and communication. Product arrived well packaged. Its been fitted and is doing as expected.”
