“Good service from Plumbinbits, albeit comms were confusing with 2 messages on different days saying items now been dispatched. Delivery took longer than anticpated but that was more likey Royal Mail issues. items OK, but pricey for a simple washer again i know Ideal Standard items are overpriced compared with other brands.”
“Armitage Shanks parts ordered mid-day Thursday and delivered by Royal Mail Saturday morning. All parts, except valve diaphragm, in marked makers packaging. Good price and quick delivery.”
“Fair service let down by Royal Mail delivery timescales. Ordered on a Sunday, dispatched late on the Monday, delivered on Friday afternoon. Unfortunately the part that was "on the way out" failed totally on Thursday morning so I had to drive to a nearby plumbers merchant to get a replacement. Stuck the PlumbinBits item in my spares kit to hopefully use sometime in the future.”
“Item came quickly. Was confused to receive messages from Robert Pochin. Item was not any good for the single flush button cistern I have. Mine is flush to the top and this would have stood proud of the top. Mine screws in and this one didn't look as if it could. I didn't take it out of the bag to try.”
