Hi Sally - sorry to hear you feel it took a while to arrive. We're a bit confused by that as we dispatched it the morning after you placed your order the previous evening, so couldn't have done it any quicker. You had a typo in your email address so you wouldn't have received your automated dispatch email. I can see however on the tracking that it took 3 working days rather than the usual 2 but Royal Mail were really struggling to keep up with the enormous volume of post in December. Perhaps you're confusing us with another company as there was no delay this end! Anyway, pleased that your son is enjoying his new pyjamas...and thank you for your order! The PJ Pan team.

“I ordered a pair of PJ bottoms for my son who is 6' 2" and had previously been regularly seen sporting tatty trousers half way up his legs as a result of shrinkage and degeneration in the wash. The extra long PJ Pan pyjamas, although pricy are a sound investment. After numerous washes they are good as new and haven't shrunk, despite tumble drying. Highly recommended, and good to know they are UK made.”
