“The company was very helpful, they had sold out of the item I most wanted but took the trouble to email me and explain that they didn't have any more of the relevant material so couldn't restock the item, so they then asked me what sort of thing I was looking for, and then made suitable suggestions from their existing stock. Ordering and delivery was efficient, and the nightshirt is as expected and I happily use it regularly. I might even buy a second one ...”

“Great quality pyjamas. I've bought several pairs over the years and they are the best on the market - particularly if you are tall. You do pay for what you get. I would love the top to be a little longer in the body and with some shaping...but wouldn't change anything else.”

Thank you for your lovely review! We just wanted to let you know that our pyjamas with the round collar style and the piping are actually slightly longer in the body so you might prefer that style. From your order history it looks as if you've always ordered the slightly shorter square collar pyjamas. Also, our french seamed pyjamas have a slightly tapered waist which gives the jacket a bit more shape so those might be perfect for you! It is only the silks and a few cottons that have the french seams though. Thank you again for your feedback but do let us know if we can help with anything else. The PJ Pan team.

“Other than a slight hiccup with their delivery agent I'm very happy with my purchases. I am 6'6" and tired of shops only selling pyjamas that are made for short people. It's great to have pyjamas that fit and are comfortable. I could live in these during lockdown.”

“As a 6 feet 5 inch tall person, I have been searching for years for pyjamas that fit me, I can now say that after 40 years , I have found them. Comfortable, warm and survives washing well. Tall people will know that the problem of the tucked in top pulling out of the waste band or the legs stopping well short of the ankles; the XXL long set that I bought have none of these issues. Well done PJ Pan and thank you.”

We are regularly looking into our packaging and are pleased to announce that we are now using paper mailing bags. We're not able to move away from the garment polybags just yet as the alternatives available on the market at the moment wouldn't work for us, but we are hoping that will change soon as we are keen to find a more eco alternative.
