Stayed inside from 3-10pm missing a client dinner waiting for the tree with NO DELIVERY!! I was given NO updated delivery after many attempts and suddenly it was delivered the following night and DUMPED onto the pavement outside our house when noone was home! The public had to walk around the tree as it was dumped! I chased them up saying it was a health hazard leaving a tree when noone was home, they then collected it past 11pm ( we were out- a neighbour informed us) I WASTED days and HOURS trying to get a refund!! Apparently and suddenly "nobody" could find my payment details! although money was taken straight out of my account on the day I purchased.

She pushed further and was given a 50% refund and it was explained that the reason was because we live so far away!! So why offer nationwide delivery! She requested he email to confirm the refund but this never arrived.

Last year was prefect however this year my trees was not delivered, no one called me to inform me, I called twice to find out what was happening and had two different replies and had to fight to get my delivery refund.

Terrible customer service. Paid for an early delivery, it was late and the wrong tree arrived when it did come. They don't have the right tree in stock so they wasted our day knowing our tree would never come. We have to wait 14 days for the refund. We ordered this tree weeks ago and an email came only yesterday confirming the order. Never again.

Awful service - DO NOT USE. Tree was delivered late, hurled through the front door by a grumpy delivery driver. Decorations were broken and lights not included. Offered a £9 refund! Decorations must cost about £30 to source from Asia and charge over £380!!! Actually the worst value for money experience we have ever encountered.

I then struggled to get through to their services to resolve, so many calls/emails, had hassle over getting a full refund and had to chase them repeatedly to collect the tree as they expected me to just keep it in my front garden and dispose of it in the new year.
