Established in 2000 in the Isle of Man, we specialise in optical, photographic and digital accessories and offer a wide range of products such as telescopes, binoculars, weather stations, trail cameras, camera accessories, USB flash drives, memory cards, and much more but with a particular focus in photography & computing.

PicStop is 100% online, we have no retail outlets but have warehouses in the UK & Isle of Man, we offer our products for sale across a number of marketplace channels and of course our own website where you can normally find the best rate for a product.

We have authorised reseller status for many of the brands we stock including Celestron, Vanguard, Sky Watcher, ZWO, DwarfLab, Unistellar, Bresser, National Geographic, Browning, Bushnell, Kingston, SanDisk, and many more. “Good company but annoying website with a large chat-help icon bottom right hand corner and envelope/discount icon top left hand corner that cover up too much space whilst scrolling up and down the page covering up items you are looking at. Prices are reasonable but most items can be bought cheaper on ebay. Delivery was fast. Would i order from picstop again ? Maybe...maybe not. The dual usb stick i bought could not be bought cheaper anywhere else but other items i would have purchased were cheaper elsewhere..shop around.”

Thank you for the feedback on this. The issues you described only really affected viewing on a mobile phone. We have addressed these issues by removing the discount icon and reducing the size of the help bubble. Regarding pricing, you can always find products cheaper if you search long enough, can you be sure they are authentic or from a reputable source such as an established company of over 20 years online.

“Dear Sirs I email you on the 17/12/2020 but have been ignored to request a return label as the computer lead don't fit my computer therefore it of no used to me what so ever. Hello, Very sorry to hear this delivery has yet to arrive as of 24th Dec. it was shipped to France in multiple consignments on 03/12/2020. Royal Mail delays blamed on 'exceptional' volumes of post https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/business-55263177 La Poste in France also have similar issues as you are aware. Sadly there have been considerable delays with mail to Europe from the UK. We have already replied to your earlier emails, and will definitely resolve the situaion for you if these packages do not arrive soon. Many thanks for your patience.
