Established in 2000 in the Isle of Man, we specialise in optical, photographic and digital accessories and offer a wide range of products such as telescopes, binoculars, weather stations, trail cameras, camera accessories, USB flash drives, memory cards, and much more but with a particular focus in photography & computing.

PicStop is 100% online, we have no retail outlets but have warehouses in the UK & Isle of Man, we offer our products for sale across a number of marketplace channels and of course our own website where you can normally find the best rate for a product.

We have authorised reseller status for many of the brands we stock including Celestron, Vanguard, Sky Watcher, ZWO, DwarfLab, Unistellar, Bresser, National Geographic, Browning, Bushnell, Kingston, SanDisk, and many more. You will find us on the "where to buy" section of many manufacturer websites.

This was bought as a Christmas Gift for my husband and as he was the one who was at home to receive the delivery he now knows what he has for Christmas! Discreet packaging would have been ideal.”

Thank you for your feedback, this item does have the brand name on the outside of the box. An astronomy telescope like this one you ordered comes in a huge box with considerable packaging to protect it, had we known (the gift recipient may have taken the delivery) in advance of the order we may have suggested delivery to an alternative address or perhaps been able to conceal the details on the box. Many thanks.

“PicStop were very efficient but using the Post Office is a mistake, they never deliver on time. They claimed that they tried to deliver but no one was in, well we were. CCTV proves that they did not come. This is not a one off it happens every time. Once when we were expecting a 48 hour tracked parcel we checked it every day and it was in the Bristol depot for five days and then took two more days to be delivered from the local sorting depot.”

Thank you for your feedback - Sorry to hear that Royal Mail claimed there was a delivery attempt, this should not happen, hopefully you will also make a complaint to them as we have one from our side. Regarding delivery, you should not have been expecting a 48hr service, this is not something we offer, or you can choose online, the item shipped on a 2-5 Working day service and (according to tracking) it arrived (photographed) on the 4th 'working day', and therefore within the estimate.
