About PicStop:

Established in 2000 in the Isle of Man, we specialise in optical, photographic and digital accessories and sell a wide range of products such as telescopes, binoculars, camera accessories, USB flash drives, memory cards, and much more but with a particular focus in photography & computing.

PicStop is 100% online, we have no retail outlets but have multiple warehouses in the UK & Isle of Man, we offer our products for sale across a number of marketplace channels and of course our own website where you can normally find the best rate for a product.

We have authorised reseller status for many of the brands we stock including Celestron, Vanguard, Browning, Skywatcher, Bresser, National Geographic, Kingston, SanDisk, and many more. You will find us on the "where to buy" section of many manufacturer websites.

Apart from our competitive pricing our consistent high level of service is what we believe sets us apart from our competition, online companies live and die by their reviews and with the growth of social media and the power this has it has become even more important to offer a better than just good service.

“PicStop had what I wanted at a good price.”

As per the terms of the Loyalty scheme... - Minimum number of points that can be used = 100 You currently have 51 points

“Quality item, well priced. But delivery was just so very slow. It's probably worth paying a bit extra to a store which delivers faster.”

Apologies for the slow delivery with Royal Mail, service chosen was up to 10 working days, we do offer faster options for delivery.

“I ordered 25 of the same item, they all got sent out in individual envelopes over 2 weeks ago and I am still waiting for the last one to arrive!”

“Product arrived quickly and as advertised. USB Flash Drive will read and write and store data no problem, but the LED indicator does not light/flash when working. Not had this with other Sandisk drives I have. Otherwise it's neat and works fine.”

“Perhaps it was a glitch, but the delivery period details were misleading...it should have read from '10 working days'...I was notified of order dispatch on the 10th working day to be fair, but that was when I expected it to have been delivered by. Thankfully, the microSD arrived 3 working days later.”

Apologies for this delay, I see the order did ship on time, it normally should have arrived within just a few days, sorry for the inconvenience.

Apologies for the slow delivery, the order was placed right before the Christmas bank holidays, generally this is a problematic period for Royal Mail.

Multiple packages failed to arrive over the Christmas period - customer refund in full with our apologies.

“I got two small items sent separatly, each in big, plastic wrapping. A memorycard does not break easily... Not good for environment.”

“Item purchased was poorly packaged, the box was torn and damaged. The item inside seemed OK but as it is a present it has not been closely examined as yet.”

Apologies for this, it shipped form our warehouse in perfect condition, the courier cannot have taken great care of this, we have contacted the customer and offered to replace, however the customer advised this was not required.
