“I have always been so grateful to David Kinkaid for all the excellent treatment and advice he has given me for long-term problems, which has been carried out with humour and courtesy. I would thoroughly recommend him to anybody. Before I was introduced to David I didn't have too much success with previous osteopaths, but he has certainly sorted out my problems. “Have used David for treatment after a car crash and after only a few treatment felt miles better, I have also seen Liz and David for the treatment of my newborn who suffered terribly with Reflux after a few treatment she was reflux free couldn't recommend enough”

“Very good clinic that I have used for several years personally and also recommended to my friends and family. I suffer from back pain and seeing David when I have a relapse helps to ease the pain from his treatment and allow me to go to work and also the gym, Highly recommended after I had be seen by other clinics locally and finally settled with this as the treatment really helped my back.”

“Arrived at the clinic with serious back pain, unable to walk comfortably. After one 45min session most of the pain was gone and I walked out feeling much more comfortable. Physical examination helps the practitioner to assess function of joints and locate sites of pain more accurately. For this it may be required for a patient to undress to their underwear, and provision is made with towels and shorts for modesty on such occasions. The examination will generally involve the practitioner making some postural observations and asking the patient to demonstrate specified movements involving the affected area. The practitioner will then follow this up with further tests as appropriate including manual assessment for tension, strain and inflammation within the body. Based on the information that the practitioner has acquired in the first part of the consultation, they will reach a diagnosis and offer an explanation to the patient, whereby the patient will be asked for their consent for treatment. “I went to David with major pain in my hip and back - now 4 weeks down the line my necessity for painkiller meds has reduced by about 80%. He is very patient and thorough and has helped me greatly to regain my mobility which is very important to me as I am constantly running around after my very sporty 9 year old daughter. I would strongly recommend this clinic.”

“Where do I start...............mmmmm I am speaking highly as customer of osteopath David. This man is a god! I can honestly say that when I leave his practice I feel brand new. Even having to adjust the mirror in my car when I leave. I have suffered from a prolapse disc for around 14 years and am aware that many people are very reluctant to see an osteopath once they've had this kind of surgery as I know I was. However you can relax, David is a genuine professional pleasant and funny man who will put anyone at ease, even first timers. I ask people where they go when they have a toothache? They say......Dentist! I Tell people where to go when they have backache...............David! The service he provides is second to none and I wish id discovered him years ago. Top man.....................Thanks a million Dave. Matt”

“Highly recommended! 1st time I'd been to an Osteopath and was a little apprehensive, however I needn't have worried. I felt so much better after the 1st treatment - and that night even managed the best night's sleep I'd had in a while! David recommended a few quick & simple exercises too which, combined with the 4 fantastic treatments I received, are helping to maintain & protect my back. I've noticed my posture is much improved too. David & Liz provided a friendly, professional service, with a warm sense of humour to put clients at ease. I won't hesitate to return if I experience further issues. Recommended to my daughter and she's now booked in for her 1st appointment.”

“A friendly service service and the practitioner is knowledgeable and experienced. I have had many tips on exercises to do at home and this togther with the visits has vastly improved my back condition. Would recommend them to others, just as they were recommended to me. “Since I started going to see David my life has been transformed. I'm no longer constantly taking pain killers and my mobility has returned to normal. I go back every two months for a 'MOT' to prevent a relapse but mostly to catch up with David whose professionalism is topped only by his friendly demeanour.”
