“Purchased HCG and kisspeptin, HCG had no effect so I got suspicious and had it tested. Test result was negative for the presence of HCG. I suspect it is just water in the bottle”

Dear Darren, Please can you confirm which testing service you used to come to this conclusion. We use third party independent testing for all our products and can assure you our HCG is certainly not just water in a bottle. Hi John, As you can see from the image I have uploaded we have replied to your email? we have received no response from your self regarding the email. You did email us on a bank holiday here in the uk therefor we did not reply until we were back in office on the Tuesday. “Was thinking of purchasing the met2 nasal spray. I understand that no tanning nasal spray has received official regulatory approvals to demonstrate safety as yet, but ordering from a company that would provide pharmaceutical/clinical grade nasal spray would be safer than purchasing from any online store, as there would less likely be additional toxic compounds within the product. When doing a google search for "clinical grade met2 nasal spray", this website appears, presumably due to it's domain name that explicitly states "pharma grade". However, when looking at their Disclaimer before purchasing it clearly states the following, which means NONE of their products are even fit for animal laboratory use, never mind for human-use: "Products listed on this website are intended for in laboratory use ONLY. We do not intend the use of our products for drugs, food additives or household chemicals. The products we offer are not for ANY TYPE OF ANIMAL OR HUMAN CONSUMPTION, or to self-treat, diagnose or prevent ANY illness, disease or injury. By choosing to purchase ANY product from Pharma Grade, you should full acknowledge there are risks involved with the consumption of ANY of our products sold." AVOID this very dodgy online website!!!”

At the umpteenth request they replied saying that they would have done a new one. My answer was that I wanted a refund since they made me take out insurance at the time of purchase. Their response "IT IS NOT POSSIBLE TO REFUND, December 20. Since then, I have no news. My product is much less than my € 53. dopo aver comunicato più volte via mail . All'ennesima richiesta mi hanno risposto dicendo che avrebbero provveduto a farne una nuova. La mia risposta è stata che avrei voluto il rimborso visto che al momento dell'acquisto mi hanno fatto stipulare un assicurazione. La loro risposta " NON E' POSSIBILE RIMBORSARLA, il 20 di dicembre. Da allora non ho più notizie . Del mio prodotto è tanto meno dei miei 53€.”

“I place my order the last week of April. Paid the second delivery option to be trackable and secure. Well It shows as delivered but was never delivered. I started a claim and is been 7 days and no one is replying to me to try to help me. now I have no product and no money. I am very disappointed I used this store. wont recommend it to no one.”
