“Good products but let down by slow/really bad deliveries. Sensitive peptide products end up sitting in hot Post Office depts for days instead of arriving at your door.”

Hi Mick, I have just looked into this and can see that you placed the order on the 7th of June, we dispatched the parcel on the same day and delivery was attempted on the 9th of June however the tracking stated there was no answer. I believe this was the reason you didn't receive your parcel for 6 days. “The initial purchase was confusing because of the way they have you access. I ordered refills instead of the initial kit. Because of this, I did not receive any of the water. In a dialog with their customer service, I was told "I am unable to recommend any USA suppliers as I have not personally had any experience with any, however, a google search has informed me that bacteriostatic water is available over the counter in any pharmacy in the USA, so I would recommend trying your local pharmacy." This is not accurate information. NO local pharmacies carry this particular water. Google is wrong. Thus, the company is not giving accurate information. My suggestion for the company is to advise the customer of the need for this water and make sure they dont leave without understanding. I am stuck with the product, but no way to administer it.”

“Had an issue with my order, the company did resolve the issues but it was an uphill battle as they don't have the best customer service, I got my order after 3 months and I am happy I got my order.”

“Extremely suggest for high quality liquid sarms. Purchased many times of this website, never ever let me down. I bought a sarm the other day (Friday) prior to the 3 pm cut-off for the days shipment and reside in France. My order got here the next day (saturday). Messaged to ensure shipments were still shipping (reason for coronavirus), responded within an hour, terrific customer support! Superior service as constantly!”
