All'ennesima richiesta mi hanno risposto dicendo che avrebbero provveduto a farne una nuova. La mia risposta è stata che avrei voluto il rimborso visto che al momento dell'acquisto mi hanno fatto stipulare un assicurazione. La loro risposta " NON E' POSSIBILE RIMBORSARLA, il 20 di dicembre. Da allora non ho più notizie . Del mio prodotto è tanto meno dei miei 53€.
