“I place my order the last week of April. Paid the second delivery option to be trackable and secure. Well It shows as delivered but was never delivered. I started a claim and is been 7 days and no one is replying to me to try to help me. now I have no product and no money. I am very disappointed I used this store. wont recommend it to no one.”

Hi Mick, I have just looked into this and can see that you placed the order on the 7th of June, we dispatched the parcel on the same day and delivery was attempted on the 9th of June however the tracking stated there was no answer. I believe this was the reason you didn't receive your parcel for 6 days. “Good prices and a good product but tainted by poor levels of customer service. Debit card payments aren't automatically offered and my bank (Lloyds) won't authorise bank transfers to this company so to get a link sent by which payment may be made takes hours and a minimum of 3 emails. So if you can tolerate 18th Century levels of service there guys are great.”

“Was thinking of purchasing the met2 nasal spray. I understand that no tanning nasal spray has received official regulatory approvals to demonstrate safety as yet, but ordering from a company that would provide pharmaceutical/clinical grade nasal spray would be safer than purchasing from any online store, as there would less likely be additional toxic compounds within the product. When doing a google search for "clinical grade met2 nasal spray", this website appears, presumably due to it's domain name that explicitly states "pharma grade". However, when looking at their Disclaimer before purchasing it clearly states the following, which means NONE of their products are even fit for animal laboratory use, never mind for human-use: "Products listed on this website are intended for in laboratory use ONLY. We do not intend the use of our products for drugs, food additives or household chemicals. The products we offer are not for ANY TYPE OF ANIMAL OR HUMAN CONSUMPTION, or to self-treat, diagnose or prevent ANY illness, disease or injury. By choosing to purchase ANY product from Pharma Grade, you should full acknowledge there are risks involved with the consumption of ANY of our products sold." AVOID this very dodgy online website!!!”
