“I was misinformed by customer service so placed my order on the info given. The wrong item arrived and I rang customer service to complain. I was offered a discount to keep the wrong item which I declined. The item has been returned and I have to wait 14 days for a refund because of their mistake. Hoping they refund my postage too as it was their error.”
