“Ordered x4 bird boxes with slate roofs. All 4 arrived damaged due to insufficient packaging for the product. Customer service reacted promptly and did try to offer a reduction. I declined and return was organised quickly after that. Products were good quality just unfortunate they arrived damaged.”
