"Appalling customer service. Balloon arrived at hospital with no card so the recipient had no idea who it was from. I have emailed 3 times over the past 2 days and have still not had a reply. Phoned 5 times and the phone rings off.. I will not be using them again & suggest anyone thinking of using them places their order elsewhere."
"I am one unhappy customer! I understand it's not your fault Partyrama but please review your chosen delivery company (FedEx). I ordered party supplies almost a week before my son's 4th Birthday, all PJ Masks as he loves them. Paid almost £6 for next day delivery. The parcel arrived from the Partyrama warehouse very quickly and was put on FedEx truck at 9am on the day of scheduled delivery. It was the only day my son and I had off, we stayed home all day waiting for that delivery. It never came! Considering I paid for next day delivery and I live about 10 min away from a local FedEx facility! The next morning I rang FedEx customer service, the woman went to track my parcel and told me exactly what I was already seeing on my computer when I tracked it myself so that was no help! I told her because they didn't deliver I will have to contact Partyrama and ask for a refund of my order which was £60. All she did was apologise, no explanation why it wasn't delivered! After the call I'm checking my parcel's status online, it says will be delivered today which was a surprise because I did not asked for it to be delivered, I told the woman I'm gonna get a refund! That day it wasn't delivered either. I rang Partyrama and a very nice lady told me she's gonna contact FedEx and find out what's going on and refunded the delivery charge for me. Then she rang me back and told me FedEx are going to contact the driver directly and have it delivered by 6pm and that the driver is in the area so it wouldn't be a problem. I had to cancel my plans for the evening and was once again waiting for that delivery. But what they haven't told you Partyrama is the fact that on that day, my parcel wasn't even out for delivery, it was sat at their local facility! Then it wasn't delivered Saturday! Today! My son's Birthday! They deliver it today! On my son's Birthday! Things for his party!!!!!!!! At 4pm!!!!!!!!! Thank God we weren't home because I wouldn't have accepted this late and irrelevant delivery! And the delivery guy didn't even tick on the note whether the parcel was left in a safe place, with the neighbours or taken back to local facility! Completely acceptable! Please have a serious word with FedEx because their poor service cost you my £60 order which I am going to refund as it's not relevant anymore. It was my first ever order with you and my trust is completely ruined. And because of the delivery issues sadly I doubt I'll be ordering anything again."

"AWFUL!! So dissapointed. Ordered a personalised hellium balloon for my best friends leaving do. I ordered in plenty of time but paid the extra £5.95 for next day delivery just to be safe. The next day I still hadnt recieved the balloon and called the office. The guy I spoke to, 'Barrett', said the order had been despatched and I should recieve shortly. I wanted to confirm it had been sent to the correct address but he said 'oh, I seem to have a different address. I asked him what address he had and he just said 'oh no, dont worry its fine'.
On the third day, after still not receiving the balloon, I tried calling. Someone answered then hung up. I then emailed and was told my balloon had been delivered and signed for by A.Smith. THere is not A Smith at my address. I then called again and spoke to someone who said they would look into it and get back to me in 10 minutes. He never called back. I called AGAIN, and this time actually spoke to a lady who was very sympathetic and actually honest with me. She said there had been a glitch on the system and around 10 orders had been sent to the wrong address. She did actually try and help me but there was nothing she could do. It was too late.
I understand that these things cant always be helped, however my issue is that apparently they were well aware of the problem when I placed the order. The guy I first spoke to even seemed to realise there was a problem but choose not not try and rectify it, which is so annoying and there was still time.
I will not be using this company again!!"
"Last year I order the palm tree drinks cooler and it came with a puncher and a plaster over the hole I hope this year they won't be the same as I will return them this year also I just placed a £50 pound order and forgot to add on my backdrop I then called as I didn't want to pay double delevier cost weighty so and the man was extremely unhelpful and told me to pay agin"

We are very sorry that your balloon was not delivered on Saturday as requested, the order was dispatched on Friday on a Saturday delivery and this should have been delivered to you.
We are closed on the weekends, unfortunately we did not find out there was a problem with order until the Monday I’m afraid.
The refund has been issued and should be showing in your account by now.
