I am one unhappy customer! I understand it's not your fault Partyrama but please review your chosen delivery company (FedEx). I ordered party supplies almost a week before my son's 4th Birthday, all PJ Masks as he loves them. Paid almost £6 for next day delivery. The parcel arrived from the Partyrama warehouse very quickly and was put on FedEx truck at 9am on the day of scheduled delivery. It was the only day my son and I had off, we stayed home all day waiting for that delivery. It never came! Considering I paid for next day delivery and I live about 10 min away from a local FedEx facility! The next morning I rang FedEx customer service, the woman went to track my parcel and told me exactly what I was already seeing on my computer when I tracked it myself so that was no help! I told her because they didn't deliver I will have to contact Partyrama and ask for a refund of my order which was £60. All she did was apologise, no explanation why it wasn't delivered! After the call I'm checking my parcel's status online, it says will be delivered today which was a surprise because I did not asked for it to be delivered, I told the woman I'm gonna get a refund! That day it wasn't delivered either. I rang Partyrama and a very nice lady told me she's gonna contact FedEx and find out what's going on and refunded the delivery charge for me. Then she rang me back and told me FedEx are going to contact the driver directly and have it delivered by 6pm and that the driver is in the area so it wouldn't be a problem. I had to cancel my plans for the evening and was once again waiting for that delivery. But what they haven't told you Partyrama is the fact that on that day, my parcel wasn't even out for delivery, it was sat at their local facility! Then it wasn't delivered Saturday! Today! My son's Birthday! They deliver it today! On my son's Birthday! Things for his party!!!!!!!! At 4pm!!!!!!!!! Thank God we weren't home because I wouldn't have accepted this late and irrelevant delivery! And the delivery guy didn't even tick on the note whether the parcel was left in a safe place, with the neighbours or taken back to local facility! Completely acceptable! Please have a serious word with FedEx because their poor service cost you my £60 order which I am going to refund as it's not relevant anymore. It was my first ever order with you and my trust is completely ruined. And because of the delivery issues sadly I doubt I'll be ordering anything again.
