“Just wanted to say a big thank you to Paul Stevenson for listening and going through options during our telephone call this morning. It can be quite stressful finding suitable services to safeguard my 28 year daughter who has additional needs. “I’ve been asked to write a review. I’m still waiting for the blooming thing! It’s been since last Tuesday and should have come by the end of the week. I’ve given up and gone with O2 who managed to get the SIM card to me in two days! Thankfully they have cancelled it. I do wish it had arrived in time so I had time to try it out and make a more informed decision. But we have fallen at the first hurdle.”

Thanks for letting us know and we're really sorry the SIM has been delayed in the post. We have refunded the payment made of course, and please accept our apologies. Currently, all the SIMS are posted same-day by First Class post, and we're reviewing this in light of the recent experiences through the pandemic.

“This is a great way of introducing your child to mobile phones in a safe way. They have limited access depending on what you put on the settings, but more importantly, you have the discretion to keep an eye on what they're doing and saying as much as you feel the need. It doesn't interfere with their usage and lets you, the parent know they're learning how to use a phone in a responsible way. If only more people knew about this!”

“This has been a very good service so far and is very much focused on getting kids using their own phone as safely as possible. We love the portal that allows us to monitor texts and the voice recording for any calls made. The flexibility with dashboard options to switch features on and off is very good too. Good service and would highly recommend.”
