“ParentShield have provided the perfect platform for my autistic grandson who has just turned 13. We have chosen the data free option for now with the option to change as his needs evolve. The customer service is amazing and the order was received very quickly. I cannot praise ParentShield enough for providing the perfect product that meets our needs.”

“I’ve been asked to write a review. I’m still waiting for the blooming thing! It’s been since last Tuesday and should have come by the end of the week. I’ve given up and gone with O2 who managed to get the SIM card to me in two days! Thankfully they have cancelled it. I do wish it had arrived in time so I had time to try it out and make a more informed decision. But we have fallen at the first hurdle.”

Thanks for letting us know and we're really sorry the SIM has been delayed in the post. We have refunded the payment made of course, and please accept our apologies. Currently, all the SIMS are posted same-day by First Class post, and we're reviewing this in light of the recent experiences through the pandemic.

“This is a great way of introducing your child to mobile phones in a safe way. They have limited access depending on what you put on the settings, but more importantly, you have the discretion to keep an eye on what they're doing and saying as much as you feel the need. It doesn't interfere with their usage and lets you, the parent know they're learning how to use a phone in a responsible way. If only more people knew about this!”

“Perfect, my 8yr old doesn't really realise its a child's sim, she can still do all her YouTube and Watts app under our supervision obviously, would definitely recommend”
