“This is great, I signed up to this for my child's first mobile phone, the app is easy to use and provides the security for my child I was looking for, I would recommend this service to any parent and the customer service has been also been great I contacted them directly as I had a few questions they have been polite friendly and very helpful, one of the best decisions I made”

“This Sim and app is absolutely amazing! As a foster-carer and parent, it's vital that we monitor what our children have access to on-line. It's brilliant...I can, stop, start, restrict everything on my children's phone. And the price I pay monthly is ideal for peace of mind. Also the tech support you receive once your up and running with the sim is great. Thanks Ian!”

“Parent shield was recommended to me by another parent who works in IT and tech. He was right, Parent shield is the best out there for what they do. In particular their customer service: Graham took my call at 9.30pm when I couldn’t track my daughter on her phone and patiently explained to me how to fix the issue. Their curiosity to understand what parents need and adapt makes them a robust business with the client and our kids safety top of mind.”

“my son lost his phone again, parents shield sent another sim striaght away. my other son had scammers calling him, ask for a different sim, they sent straight away. i can see all their messages and hear all the phone calls. i might not need to do this for them yet, but just knowing if anything happens, this is always there for me is reassuring. the fact that they can call me and their dad anytime for free gives me the most reassuring feeling.”

“Excellent customer service from a company that really seems to understand what parents need in the modern age. Yes, they can't compete with the big players on price but I don't want my kids spending endless unsupervised hours on their phone; I just want to know that they're staying safe and making sensible choices. Worth it for the peace of mind.”
