“Paper Mountains are very efficient in every way. I would highly recommend them. Bags are sent out quickly. Collection is reliable and professional.”

“Simon was helpful and proactive. Reasonably priced and hassle free. I received my bags for the collection via post two days after my inquiry and I already had the pickup scheduled. On the day of the pickup, the agent was on time to collect the bags and carried them to his vehicle with a signature. After a week, I got an email with confirmation and a certificate that my items had been destroyed. I lan to use their service many times more.”

“Extraordinary service from the moment of interaction! I stated that I was a person and not a business customer yet still the service was very high. One thing that stood out was my email was responded to within the hour and also out of hours, if I recall it was around 10pm and I was only making an enquiry at the time. I was immediately sold by then. There was no hidden charges the process was easily explained to me. They called also at 8am prior to collection and a uniformed staff member attended. I will recommend and share info of PaperMountain Excellent service ****** 6 stars 🌟 from me. I don’t normally give reviews but I was blown away Super friendly guys too”
