“I understand now that the bags were sent in your ususal efficient way and the delay is the responsibility of Royal Mail. Sorry for the 2 stars. I don't seem to be able to delete them.I'll just add I have always been satisfied with the service of Paper Mountain and obviously you are not to blame for the delay. For those reading this, I would recommend Paper Moutain.”
