“1 Good to deal with on the phone - woman I spoke with was pleasant, communicative and efficient. 2 One stage process - they were happy for me to stack my security waste in neat piles in my garage and to collect it from there using bins, whereas some other companies wanted me to buy disposal bags from them first and then stuff my waste into those bags for them to collect.”
