Dedicated to providing exceptional patient care, Pall Mall focuses on three core areas: Medical Services, Cosmetic Surgery and Diagnostic Scanning.

Led by Doctors, our team is focused on delivering a healthcare model that revolves around our patients.

We have beautiful, 5-star clinics in the city centre of Manchester (King Street) & the city centre of Liverpool (St Paul's Square). We also welcome patients in our very own purpose-built 12-bed, overnight hospital with 2 GA laminar flow theatres, and full imaging centre (MRI, CT, Mammography, X-Ray and Ultrasound).

“Where do I start ? I had some bloods taken by Pall Mall which was reported back to me within 18 hours (Thanks to Rachel Harrison and Christina for help getting the results back so quickly). My blood test shown a slight elevation in relation to my prostate. I spoke with Amanda Webster who advised Pall Mall offer a MP- MRI prostate scan which is not available nationwide on the NHS due to the lack of funding within prostate cancer research. The MP - MRI is a fairly new diagnostic tool in the fight against prostate cancer. Amanda made all of my options clear and booked the scan for the day after next. At no point was I pressured into anything by Amanda and was simply guided as to what the scan entailed which was a refreshing change for a company not to just try and make a quick buck on someone. At the scan I was met by a gent called Steve who performed the MP-MRI. Steve was a gent who immediately made me feel relaxed and at ease. The difficult part of any scan is waiting for the results which are reported within 3-5 working days. Whilst this feels like an age it is actually a very quick turn around time compared to the NHS. During this anxious time Amanda was always on the other side of the phone listening to me and answering any questions I had by E Mail in an unbelievable turn around time. I can honestly say this was one of the worst weeks in my life and without Amanda talking to me and taking the time to listen to me I don't know how I would have coped. The results were sent to me and I got the results I had hoped. I had a follow up telephone consultation with Dr Tudor who is also a great guy with his straight to the point analysis but in a friendly manner. Would not look elsewhere if I needed medical assistance. Thanks to Pall Mall and to the wonderful staff of Amanda, Steve and Dr Tudor. I hope the owners appreciate these members of staff as they are a massive credit to the company.”

“Would strongly recommend. Wanted to book an MRI scan and had been messed around on the NHS and at a couple of other local private places I read the great reviews online and my colleague had recommended pall mall in the past for wart removal i called up to enquire about a scan and their lovely doctor called me the same day to go over my medical history and most suitable option for mee after a couple of hours, the imaging department gave me a call and confirmed the date of my scan for the next day i went over to their hospital, had some lovely coffee whilst i waited. i arrived 30 minutes early as i dint want to get lost. they were great, the lady doing the scan was running ahead of schedule so she really kindly took me in for my scan 20 minutes before my booked time! the report came back a couple of days later and was really well detailed I would recommend 100% to all my friends and family”

“really good experience here.came in for mole removal and assessment. within 2 days I got an appointment (they did offer the same day but I was away with my kids when I rang to enquire). soon as I arrived, really friendly receptionist.the doctor was really good, assured me it wasn't anything to worry about but sent it to the lab just to be on the safe side then the mole was removed and has healed really nicely. just got my results back a few hours ago and really pleased I'm all clear would recommend”

“Due to hereditary problems the shape of my nose was very weird. One of my friend who undergo a cosmetic surgery at PMM suggested me to book a consultation which was free of cost and the way doctor consulted me never made me feel as if I am talking to a doctor but i felt very friendly. The surgery went well. I was so happy that I reshaped my hips and chin also.”
