About Pall Mall Medical - Private Healthcare & Diagnostics:

Dedicated to providing exceptional patient care, Pall Mall focuses on three core areas: Medical Services, Cosmetic Surgery and Diagnostic Scanning.

Led by Doctors, our team is focused on delivering a healthcare model that revolves around our patients.

We have beautiful, 5-star clinics in the city centre of Manchester (King Street) & the city centre of Liverpool (St Paul's Square). We also welcome patients in our very own purpose-built 12-bed, overnight hospital with 2 GA laminar flow theatres, and full imaging centre (MRI, CT, Mammography, X-Ray and Ultrasound).

• Breast surgery (breast augmentation, mastopexy, reduction, implant removal & replacement)
• Facial cosmetic surgery (rhinoplasty, MACS facelift, neck lift, blepharoplasty, brow lift, otoplasty, EarFold Treatment)
• Body surgery (abdominoplasty, mini-abdominoplasty, liposuction (using traditional or power-assisted liposuction techniques), gynaecomastia (male breast reduction), arm lift
• Gynaecology surgery (vaginoplasty, labiaplasty)
• Vascular surgery (varicose vein treatment, foam sclerotherapy – thread veins, hyfrecator treatment)

“I had an MRI Scan in Newton le Willows. The customer service and the staff were very polite, the MRI was comfortable, but the report does not contain some important information.”

Good evening, Thank you for your email. I have checked this and can see the report was sent to you on the 8th October at around 16:45. The brain & body scan is a 10 working day turnaround time for the report. As your scan was on 27th September, it is only technically due back on the 11th October. However, in fact, we returned the report to you on the 8th October, which is 2 days early. If you have not received the report, please email me (imaging@pallmallmedical.co.uk) and I shall immediately re-send the report to you. I really hope this satisfies your concerns. “greattttttttttt!!! I needed a last minute medical doing before I flew to china. i only found out literally a week before the deadline. I rang about 10 places - 9 couldnt help me. 1 could - you guys!! life savers. x-ray, bloods, doc appointment and report at the same time and back before the deadline. you really helped me out. im in bejing now thanks to you all. if i hadnt got that VISA medical done in time, i could have potentially missed the contract and missed the chance to see my godson again! here's me and Sandy saying thanks to you all!”

“These guys are so nice and honest. I actually came wanting breast implants. The surgeon was really understanding, I was his last patient of the clinic and the clinic was about to close. But he spent over an hour with me as I had so many questions. Helen was really happy to stay later and didnt cause a fuss at all - most people would have been looking at their watches non-stop. I was so relieved i was made to feel comfortable after 1 hour, Mr Prasad and I both agreed that surgery wasnt suitable for me just yet as i wasnt 100% sure on what outcome I wanted recieve or what size. rather than rush me into book a surgery date, I was told to book again once i could of considered all my options i spoke to my mum, sister and best friend who were really supportive. I couldnt thank them enough. i came back to see the consultant again about 3 months later. Helen even swapped her shift so she could see me and make sure I had all my questions answered. everyone was so sweet. i booked in and just had my op last month. it was a bit tender at first but i was assured that was normal. i had maxine the nurse on the other end of the phone who was always able to help me if i got scared realy great experience and i will proudly recommend Mr Prasad, Helen and Pall Mall to everyone!”
