Thank you to everyone at Pall Mall who has helped me through my CT Scan for suspected cancer. When paying for private medical care you expect a certain level of professionalism. However, what you can't always expect is a sincere, kind and friendly service. While everyone who I have met has been excellent I would like to highlight Chelsie (Patient Coordinator) and Amanda (Diagnostic Imaging Coordinator) for going the extra mile and making me feel special.
