“I ordered my pallet collection online and the driver turned up ontime with the correct size lorry as i requested. Driver was very friendly the pickup was seemless. The pallet was delivered on time. Happy customer.”

“I had an urgent timeline to meet with a gearbox repair, palletonline collected my gearbox from the specialist in Wolverhampton before 3p.m as specified and delivered it back to me ready to fit on time, excellent service all round.”

“I have to be honest and say that I have only used Palletonline once. The website was easy to use and general booking in so simple - compared to larger carriers like DHL or UPS who I have used frequently. I was taken aback by extremely competitive rates and the collection and delivery part of the service was excellent - all as booked and deadline met. Couldn't fault a thing. Had to ask customer services for a POD this morning and within three minutes, 'the chat' was was answered by a very efficient individual presented within the platform a file photo and PDF of the signed delivery note within a few seconds. Excellent service. Thank you. Pete”

“Very easy to organise a collection. Plenty of information available on the website. I found the way the booking form updates interactively as I entered the contents of my pallet with restricrions/requirements really helpful. A great service and I will use again.”

“The service initially felt too automated. I didnt see a confirmation email for my order and had to use the chat, but managed to get through to someone pretty quickly to attain delivery details. The driver, sent from a local Sheffield logistics/pallet company, was fantastic! Helpful, friendly & professional. I was running late sorting my pallet, but the driver was patient and helpful. Pallet was received next day with no damage or issues, so very happy overall.”
