“OK, so I am new to this game. The feedback from the booking stage was great and I had messages from your office to say that they were shut for the moment but they would address a particular issue first thing in the morning (they needed a copy of my invoice for proff to pick up). I got a message from Poly first thing next day to say that they had the issue in hand and not to worry. Pick up was perfectly timed in Manchester and the delivery guy next day was really great and very helpful. It was only one pallet but he took the time to unload carefully and ask me where we would like te pallet placed for our convenience. Couldn't ask for more. 5 star stuff with pleasant people all the way which is not so common in the service (so called) industry today. Nice job.”

“The website was pretty straight forward to use, the collection was completed within the specified time frame and the destination received the pallet on the specified day, as far as I know, within the specified time, I paid a little extra for delivery before 13.00 hrs. For my part, I ensured that the two gearboxes dispatched were securely attached to the pallet with rope. Plastic pallet wrap was used solely for attaching labels. Attached several labels with destination address in case any were detached in transit. Thought cost was reasonable. Would use the services of this company again. I am happy chappy. Thank you.”

“Brilliant from start to finish, especially when I am comparing with the parcel delivery companies that do not warrant that description.
