“I took my time before writing this review, and I can honestly say the service was excellent from start to finish. I placed my order at 11am on Wednesday morning. The pallet was collected by 3pm that same afternoon, and by the following day I had received full tracking information. Delivery was then completed on Friday between 1pm and 2pm, exactly as scheduled, with a one-hour delivery slot provided in advance. The whole process ran like clockwork. Communication was excellent, tracking was clear, and the delivery was carried out exactly as promised. An absolutely flawless experience. I couldn't have wished for a better delivery service for my customer. Highly recommended. Mascota Products”
