“The driver was exceptional. Phoned ahead and rather than dumping the pallet kerbside he positioned it so I could put it in place with ease. Great customer service.”

“Everything happened exactly as booked. Pick up, drop off and up to date tracking all the way. Got the 30 minute warning phone call when it was delivered so I don't think it's possible to better the service received. Thank you.”

“Excellent service. Booking was easy as anything and included an instant chat service with a real person to make sure I got the order correct - collection pick up had a fork lift - I didn't so altered service accordingly for delivery. PDF lsbels which U could send to my supplier for labelling the pallets and away we went. Wasn't at the pick up but didn't seem to be any issue - but delivery was superb the poor driver went above and beyond to get the two pallets onto a grass verge despite struggling to get his pallet truck out from under - what a hero and in extreme heat as well - thank you so much. Oh and cost was very very good - I expected to spend over £250 - came in well under £200.”

“the staff were great the website was clunky and it doesnt just tell you if you have a larger package that they cant do it. it just wont let you chose it.”
