“I purchased 4 alloy wheels with fitted tyres, for which I had to arrange collection 330 miles from home. This was the first time I ever I had to arrange a courier collection myself. After sfinding my usual courier didn't carry wheels, tyres or most things one would buy on e-Bay I found a Paisley Freight ad online for alloy wheel couriers, good price at £40 the lot. The online booking only took 10 mins, good speedy e-mail communication with any queries I had. Goods collected on the arranged day & delivered within 48hrs, no damage to goods or packaging.”

“I purchased 4 tyres which needed collecting from Inverness 270 miles from where I live. This was my first ever experience where I had to arrange a courier collection myself. After surfing the web Paisley Freight quoted me the cheapest price £40. The whole process from start to finish was effortless and I was kept informed throughout. It literally took me 10mins to book online and my tyres were delivered within 48hrs. Amazing service, seriously if you want items collecting and delivering this is the company you go to. “Tried to post a cycle bike with DPD with no success as didn’t answer phone and wouldn’t give advice at local depot. Local bike shop advised to try Paisley Freight. Phoned for advice which was clear and easy to follow. Followed instructions on web and booked bike which I had stripped down and parcelled myself. Parcel picked up in North East Scotland before 3pm on day indicated and delivered to Somerset less than 24hours later. No problems and no hassle. Great service which I will use again.”

“Shipped 4 alloys wheels with tyres from Essex to Ellesmere. I called to check the packaging requirements and they confirmed bubble wrap then fully enclosed in cardboard so I made a cardboard disc for each side then cut a long strip for the circumference, attached my own delivery address label then wrapped the whole thing in Mottez Stretch Film 300m x 450mm from Screwfix before finally applying Paisley Freight shipping labels. Collection was arranged for next day and the APC driver was here by mid-morning. The website was updated confirming collection, receipt at distribution centre and then marked for delivery next day. By 10am the following morning the wheels had been delivered. All in all an excellent service from Paisley Freight. I'm delighted, I would recommend and will use again.”

“I used Paisley Freight to transport four alloy wheels and tyres from Yorkshire to Dorset. The cost was very reasonable, the wheels were collected on the given date and three were delivered the next day. One wheel was missing, but the company found it and delivered it reasonably quickly. Owing to a missing wheel centre cap, I made a claim and the company paid reasonable compensation. I would use them again but make the following suggestions to anyone sending items with Paisley Freight. Photograph the items before and after packing, wrap the wheels in bubble wrap & cardboard (I used supermarket boxes) all tied with strong string and then gaffer tape. Put a copy of the recipient's address label inside the packaging as well as the one the company provides on the outside. Finally, just in case the items get separated, put some very distinctive marking on the outside, for example a very bright coloured patch and include this in the photo.”
