“Great service after a bad experience with Parcel2Go / Hermes. I had originally booked the collection / delivery of 2 bulky items via Parcel2Go & My Hermes. After 3 failed collections, without reason, 3 days of waiting in from 8am to 8pm, I decided to use Paisely Freight. Although slightly more expensive, the experience was the opposite end of the spectrum from Parcel2Go. Booking was easy, quickly confirmed and the driver (from APC) arrived mid afternoon on day of collection to collect the items. The parcels were delivered the next day. I have seen Paisely Freight recommended on several forums, I originally didn't use them due to the difference in price, however, it shows that price isn't everything! Great service, quick and reliable. Recommended.”
