“I made a simple mistake of placing a £5 single bet instead of a £5 each-way. This mistake was easy to make and others might make it when they are trying to place a £10 bet to trigger the free one. However, your live chat person was very helpful. Perhaps allowing the first ever bet to be withdrawn without penalty would be useful.”

“I experienced a problem with free bets not being credited to my account at the start of the month. I contacted the site thru live chat and the contact resolved the issue promptly. I had the same problem two weeks later and contacted live chat again only to be told " it needs to go to my manager " today I used live chat and again received an excellent service but I as yet still don't know if the issue has been resolved or not.”
