I experienced a problem with free bets not being credited to my account at the start of the month. I contacted the site thru live chat and the contact resolved the issue promptly. I had the same problem two weeks later and contacted live chat again only to be told " it needs to go to my manager " today I used live chat and again received an excellent service but I as yet still don't know if the issue has been resolved or not.
